How we publish

Editorial Policy

Our editorial principles separate verified football data, human-created context and commercial relationships.

Last updated: 26 August 2026

Accuracy and corrections

We compare reports with reliable primary or established sources where practical. Confirmed material errors are corrected promptly, without silently changing the underlying provider record when that record must remain auditable.

Data and automation

Structured match information may be imported and updated automatically. Automated data is presented as data, while analysis, previews and explanatory articles should add original context and receive human review before publication.

Translations

Translations aim to use established football terminology. Proper names may remain in their provider language when no verified localized name is available. Readers may report corrections through the contact page.

Commercial independence

Advertising, sponsorship or affiliate relationships must not determine scores, rankings or editorial conclusions. Paid relationships will be labelled clearly where they appear.

Sources and conflicts

Writers should attribute material claims when a source is important and disclose relevant conflicts of interest. Rumours should be identified as unconfirmed rather than presented as fact.
